After reviewing the contents of the quotation, if you would like to proceed with chartering a business jet, we ask for your formal application through the signing of a contract for the trip.

Once the contract is signed, payment of the charter fee is made in advance in order to secure the aircraft for your requested trip dates.

As soon as the payment is confirmed, our team moves to secure the aircraft for your trip dates.
We will inform you of any necessary documentation that may need to be submitted prior to your departure.

For international flights, please arrive at the airport 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. For domestic flights, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
